Compensation: $50000 - $60000 per yearOur client, a growing municipality in North County, is looking to add a City Clerk to their busy team. This position offers great benefits and an opportunity to make a difference in a small, but growing community.The City Clerk is the foundation of the City! The pay for the City Clerk is $50-$60K yearly. Hours Mon-Friday 8-5. The position does require evening hours 2 nights per month for Board Meetings.5:30-until the meeting ends. City Clerk Job Duties:
- Attending all council and committee meetings (some evenings required)
- Typing agendas / transcribing minutes
- Overseeing city elections
- Assisting with Human Resources
- Supporting the Board members and Mayor with administrative support
City Clerk Requirements:
- 3-4 Years of High Level Administrative Support background
- Top notch computer skills-MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stable work history
- 2-3 years of Municipal Government or Courts experience would be a plus!
