Reporting to the Region VP, this San Francisco City Director will lead the SFO station supporting aviation ground operations. The City Director will manage customer relationships and contracts, foster a culture of safety and top performance, and advance the company's footprint at the location. Key Responsibilities
- Builds effective partnerships with internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business partners, communities and other business entities and identifies new business opportunities.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)
- Experience: Minimum of five years in an aviation ground operations station or regional leadership position, with specialized leadership training preferred. Three or more years managing a location with a union presence, including contract negotiations, managing company/labor relationships and grievances/arbitration.
