What We Offer:Hybrid work schedule Relocation Cost to Bloomington, INPTO available right away.Full to health, dental, and vision insurance,401(k) with a 6% company match.Company-provided phone, laptop/tablet,Company vehicle or expense card.What You'll Do:Lead the development of accurate and detailed estimates for DOT, municipal, and commercial projects.Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.Utilize industry-standard software, including INDOT specifications, Microsoft Office, and Project.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.What You'll Need:Minimum of 4years of experience in estimating and managing civil concrete projectsProficiency in INDOT specifications and KYTC Specifications (preferred)Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)Experience with digitizing takeoff softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently.
