Covering road projects, earthworks, paving & concrete you can truly grow a long and varied career here.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Civil Super responsible for the delivery of FDOT & County road projects throughout Tampa Bay. You'll be responsible for site management of direct staff and subs, ensuring construction safety, quality and a well-planned project that starts and finishes on time and budget. To start with you'll take charge of a $20m road widening/upgrade in Polk County.Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Super or Asst Super
• Strong Site Management, Safety, and Organization Skills
• Budgeting and Project Management skills
• Previous experience delivering DOT projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

In return this role will pay a base salary of $110K (possibly higher for the right skillset) plus a truck and full benefits package.
