Responsibilities

  • Review and process claims submitted by clients

  • Enter and update claim information in our database

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to claim processing
  • Maintain organized records of all claims and related documents
  • Provide support to the claims team as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Skills:

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary
