Claims Customer Service Representative | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!! We are seeking dedicated Property Damage Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing property damage claims, checking claim statuses, providing necessary information, and answering questions via phone and email. Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. Location and Work Environment Initial training will be conducted in the office for 2 weeks in Uniondale. Following training, the position will transition to a fully remote role. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. What You'll Do:
  • Service property damage claims.
  • Check the status of claims for updates.
  • Provide necessary information to claimants.
  • Answer questions via phone and email.

  • 1 year of high volume call center experience
