The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm. This opportunity is based out of the NJM Hammonton, NJ office. Job Responsibilities
- Answer calls from internal and external customers using excellent customer service skills and provide accurate information.
- Process incoming First reports of accident via telephone, email and fax accurately and expeditiously.
- Providing excellent customer service to all callers by demonstrating professional courtesy, conveying empathy, and actively listening to all questions and concerns.
- Assisting the caller with their inquiries in an accurate, efficient, and comprehensive manner while striving for first call resolution.
- Screening all calls and deciding what can be handled at the CIS level and transfer calls when appropriate to the right personnel.
- Accurately complete authorization requests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete callbacks in a timely manner, documenting calls and results in computer correspondence.
- Navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously to access and document appropriate information.
Required Qualifications and Experience - Accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and phone manners
- Data entry skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software programs including Outlook and Word
