Job Title 1: CDL-A Drivers – Home Weekly with Mileage-Based Pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate:

• $0.53 per mile starting pay
• Monthly bonus based on mileage tiers:
  • 9,000 miles = $0.03 per mile
  • 10,000 miles = $0.06 per mile
  • 11,000 miles = $0.09 per mile
• Minimum guaranteed pay for 1,500 miles per week

Home Time:

• Home weekly with flexibility for specific home time requests (approval required)

Accessorial Pay:

• Tolls, Stops, Wait, Layover, Hazmat, NYC & Canada Pay

Other Pay Details:

• Holiday Pay: $150 per day
• Vacation Pay: Based on average weekly pay over the prior 52 weeks

Job Description:

• Hauling dry van loads, consisting of a mix of live load/unload and preload/drop-and-hook freight
• Primary areas of operation: Central Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Eastern Tennessee

Job Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• At least 1 year of OTR experience preferred
