Classroom and Event Support Specialist - Yale University : Job Details

The Classroom and Event Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all classroom equipment is in place and the rooms are ready for their planned use. Provide an extremely high level of support to faculty in the classroom and provide front of house support for events. This position reports to the Director of Media Services Delivery. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm .. Provide high-level media services support to faculty, staff and students in all classroom and event spaces. 2. Assist with events and conferences as front of house support, including assisting with presentation materials, microphone setups, etc. 3. Assist faculty, staff and students with translation equipment for classes, events and conferences that require translation. Event duration can run several weeks and requires working closely with event organizer to manage all media related tasks. 4. Keep detailed log of classroom event activities as directed. 5.
