Classroom Behavioral Technician - ABA Experience Required - Ro Health, LLC : Job Details

Ro Health is looking for experienced Behavioral Technicians (BTs) for classroom support and 1:1 Behavioral District Support. This behavioral health position would begin in February for the 24/25 school term! This would be a permanent position supporting 1 or several children for the District, Monday-Friday, between regular school hours of 8 AM -3 PM. Experience working with supporting students with special needs, and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred, ABA experience is required. Registered Behavior Technician training path assistance included: Our team believes in investing in our providers. For individuals who are not yet certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician, we will be offering a path and guidance to successfully completing your RBT requirements with a significant pay bump that comes with it. Overview:

• Specialty: Behavioral Therapy
• Schedule: M-F, from 8am-3pm
• Target Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $23/hr Requirements:

• ABA (applied behavioral analysis) experience/training
• Experience working as a Behavioral Technician required
• Work experience working with autism
• Mut be okay working at different school sites within the district
• Must be able to pick up at least one shift a week
• Previous school experience is not required but preferred.
• AA/Bachelors Preferred (must have at least a High School Diploma)
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Great with kids, and patience to provide instructional support within the classroom
• Ability to support with mild to severe behaviors based on the student's needs
• Ability to assist with hygiene management, diapering, toileting, potty training.
