This role will focus on:As a Manufacturing Operatorwithin our brand-new WM, America Manufacturing Inc. site, you will beinstrumental in the success of our products being at or above our customers' requirementsand standards. Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement,monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards.You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiatives andopportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of yourdaily accomplishments.The key areas of focus include:Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practicesManufacturing of Extruded tubingManufacture of Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulded (LSR) partsCollecting and recording relevant process dataAssisting engineering with validation and experimental activitiesIdentifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to recommend and implement solutions.Our culture is precious to us; itis something special that can be felt from your first day with WMFTS and thatis because we demonstrate our Values every day in what we do.
