CLEANER - LEAD - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the industrial services industry, is seeking a Lead Cleaner to join their team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting a team of dedicated cleaners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and communicationskills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Warehouse Cleaner

Location: Pooler, GA

Pay Range: $18

Whats the Job?

• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of cleaners to ensure work quality and satisfaction.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet or exceed standards.
• Assist with training and scheduling of housekeeping staff.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Maintain clean windows, restrooms, and other areas, while following safety standards.

Whats Needed?

• Leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with scheduling and team coordination.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety protocols.
• Flexibility to perform various cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
