Janitor/Cleaner Floater and Assistant Extra Income - cleaning job -We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in a office buildings located in the Owing Mills, MD and surrounding.Per Diem POSITION 5 Days per week - Monday through Friday As a floater your role is that you are assigned to work in multiple locations, often to fill vacancies or cover leave of absence.

• Floaters are responsible for performing basic cleaning tasks, such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Ensuring that cleaning practices are safe and efficient

• Performing janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location
• Using appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks

Days and hours of service: Varies as needed (Floater) 4 hours for evening and day hours may vary depending on customer needs. Day shift hours will vary depending on 8 hour shift, 4 hours shift and 3 hours shift.Duties and Responsibilities:Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces,Trash removalSweeping and mopping floors,Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products**ALL supplies provided and on-site****PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
