Cleaning and Packing Technician - Bel Air, MDThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Job OverviewRainbow International is looking for a contents specialist to help us with clients who have had a fire or water loss in their home which then requires that all of the contents of their home be packed up and brought to our facility so their home can be repaired. Responsibilities* Completes an inventory of all of the client's items in their home or business including those that are damaged beyond repair and those that will be packed up and sent to our facility.* Wraps items to prevent damage and boxes them up for loading into wooden vaults.* Unloads items from the vaults into our cleaning facility where the vaults are processed by our contents crews to restore items to pre-loss condition.* Carefully wraps and repackages items, scanning them back into a simple inventory program.* Completes 'on-site' cleaning where the damage is not extensive, cleaning contents and the structure (walls, floors, ceilings).Qualifications* Treat other people's possessions with care when wrapping, boxing, and cleaning.* Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds.* Familiarity with our contents app, ICAT, for inventory management. Training will be provided.* Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
