Job Description :
The position requires the student to assist ESP leadership with a variety of tasks. The ability to compartmentalize various aspects of the Program is needed as tasks switch from administrative duties to interpersonal interactions. Working independently and exercising good judgment and discretion is a must.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must be Work Study approved.
  • Assist with administrative duties as deemed necessary by ESP leadership.
  • Assist with logistical/event planning related to events and trips.
  • Possible travel with and participate in ESP trips and events.
  • Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering ESP & LU's mission.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and ability to learn new programs.
  • Ability to work well and quickly within short deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and lead groups of students for a variety of projects.
  • Highly motivated, detail-orientated, and able to multi-task and function in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
  • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's Christian model and Mission - Training Champions for Christ.

  • Strong knowledge of social media apps/resources is needed.
  • Marketing experience (academic or practical) is a plus.
