Job Description :
We are currently looking for motivated individuals who can provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.The responsibilities of this job include:
  • Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions.
  • Data entry - 50 keystrokes per minute.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level. Interpersonal skills,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Performs data entry and general clerical duties.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor.
  • Act as liaison with nurses, physicians, and staff.
  • Ability to interact with patients all day.
Qualifications for this position include:
  • Two years of experience, a high school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent customer service skills.
