Clerical Assistant - Bay Path Rehab & Nursing Center : Job Details

Bay Path Rehabiliitation & Nursing Center in Duxbury is seeking a Part-Time Clerical Assistant to support our busy admissions department. This position is 16 hours per week over four days. Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.

Requirements for Clerical Assistant:

• Understands and can maneuver in a heavily regulated healthcare environment
• Medical records and/or admissions experience, a plus

Job Duties for Clerical Assistant:

• Complete admission packets with the resident/patient or responsible party
• Determine payer source and any resident/patient payment responsibility
• Provide informational tours for visitors
• Adhere to federal, state and facility regulations
