Continue reading Clerk-512 Job Title: Clerk Location: Oakland, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support our office operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with data entry and updating databases.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and memos.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.
