Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Window clerk.

* Intake filings such as evictions, justice court suits, traffic cases and class C offenses and documents as presented, scan and dispose of cases.

* Assist court staff and the general public.

* Answer phones, performs heavy data entry.

* Performs duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.

* Must have a minimum of three (3) years paid office experience.

* Must have accounting, cash handling and customer service experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Must be bilingual - Spanish

* Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Must be detail oriented, punctual and have the ability to multitask.

* Must be able to follow directions and multitask.

* Must be able to multitask and be self-motivated.

* Must be punctual and be able to follow instructions and directions and complete task as assigned.

General Information

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:

* Regular Full-time

* 40 hours per week

* Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

* No cell phones allowed during working hours.

* No remote work - in office only.

Salary:

* $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly

* Depends on Qualifications

* Based on 26 pay periods

Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
