Clerk - Lancesoft : Job Details

Clerk Perform general warehouse clerk duties to support Warehouse functions. Communication with Internal and External customers. Perform administrative duties for Warehouse Team. Operates and utilizes numerous computer database systems. Assembles, certifies, issues and ensures appropriate documentation accompanies shipments. Assist with tracking inventory. Essential Functions Duties

Coordinate with new and potential carriers to exchange shipping information (appt scheduling, hours, contacts, email address, directions, and layout of the property, expectations, etc)

Operate and utilize computerized SAP & Open Dock to input and retrieve data. Support carrier appointment Planning in Open Dock scheduling system.

Input and communicate necessary information to set up deliveries and shipments of parts and equipment

Communicate changes and issues with shipments to Warehouse Leadership.

Track shuttles and rolls to and from warehouse

Communicate any shipping information to all necessary stakeholders

Complete and maintain records and reports.

Monitor and report weekly/monthly cycle counting progress.

Manage inventory accuracy using SAP.

Sign for deliveries of equipment, parts, or other merchandise from UPS, Fed Ex, LTL's, and other various vendors.

Participate in the safety and good housekeeping programs within the plant.

Perform other duties as assigned by direct leader.

Knowledge and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Computer Skills: SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Ability to present information
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Sense of urgency with attention to detail
• Organized and structured with ability to prioritize daily tasks
