Provide quality customer service in a fast-paced high volume call center using an automated call distributing system (ACD). Assist residents via phone, email (100 daily), and in person with a wide variety of waste collection, landfill, and recycling related service inquiries. Responsible for generating and entering work orders in the Access database and Salesforce system. Assist residents with new service and billing inquires. Responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions related to the sale of waste containers and yard debris containers. Communicate and coordinate with field personnel on a variety of waste collection activities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
