DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Clerk Typist 3 provides routine and complex clerical assistance to the department to include answering telephones, greeting visitors, processing mail, and maintaining departmental records filing system. You will operate a personal computer and other office equipment to complete essential functions such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and system software. Your responsibilities include typing general office correspondence such as reports, letters, case notes/dictation, plans, and placement packets. Additional duties to include but not limited to:
- Conduct daily courier service between CYS office, Courthouse and Government Center
