About Our ClientThe Client Accounting/Advisory Services (CAS) will help with a team in delivering high-quality outsourced accounting, payroll, and advisory services. This role involves reviewing staff work, providing guidance, managing client relationships, and identifying business development opportunities while supporting the department's strategic initiatives.Job Description
  • Review and Guidance: Oversee outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services, providing feedback and educational support to staff.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for new services and support client acquisition.
  • Client Engagement: Manage client onboarding, build relationships, and oversee complex projects.
  • Advisory Services: Provide forecasting, KPI dashboards, and other financial insights to clients.
  • Process Management: Handle payroll and sales tax notices, conduct research, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance accounting processes and workflows to improve team efficiency.

  • Experience: 5+ years in a CPA firm with staff management and supervisory experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Yardi; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; high attention to detail.
