This role will be responsible for:
- Building and managing relationships with high-value clients by providing comprehensive wealth management services.
- Quarterbacking a team who will advise clients across their full financial portfolio, including investment selection, retirement planning, and debt management.
- Expanding existing relationships and developing new business opportunities through internal referrals and community engagement.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external professionals, such as attorneys, CPAs, and brokers, to address client needs.
- Representing the organization in community activities to enhance its reputation and generate business growth.
Expectations will include:
- Demonstrating exceptional needs-based selling and servicing skills to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Maintaining a high level of compliance and adhering to industry regulations.
- Engaging with internal business units to deepen client relationships and promote cross-functional success.
- Traveling locally as needed to meet with clients and attend networking events.
- Upholding strict confidentiality standards and performing duties aligned with the organization's values.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in financial services, with primary responsibilities in business development and client service.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional designations such as CFP or other relevant certifications are highly desired.
- A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building within the community.
