Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide impeccable, white glove service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Baccarat global standards.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of products as well as Baccarat history and heritage.
  • Exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (ADT, UPT, etc.) and use CRM tools to build and retain relationships with our current customers and identify potential clients.
  • Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor when needed.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a plus.
