Client Associate - UBS : Job Details

Your role Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for a Client Associate to: • keep management systems up-to-date with client information • educate clients on account services and capabilities • help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings • collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests • provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities • assist with cash flow and disbursements Your team You'll be working with Private Wealth Advisor Bud King and his team in St. Louis, MO. The team addresses every dimension of their client's life and goals-investments, business and legacy-to develop a plan that's truly personalized. They help organize financial lives into three strategies: Liquidity-to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity-for longer-term needs and Legacy-for needs that go beyond your own. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in developing these strategies and helping clients achieve their goals in a fast-paced, detail-orientated culture. Your expertise • series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only) • ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector • bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance • excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills • detail oriented (nothing gets past you) • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite About us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
