Client Associate - UBS : Job Details

Your role • Support a global wealth management team in delivering exceptional client service and experience • Manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results • Work directly with sophisticated ultra-high net worth clients including corporate executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing • Keep management systems up-to-date with client information • Educate clients on account services and capabilities • Accurately collect documentation for service requests • Collaborate with all team members on various projects; including to ensure that client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements Your team You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. Specifically, you'll be working with The Burish Group , a team of 35+ professionals who help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. The team's founder, Andy Burish, is nationally ranked as a top financial advisor by both Forbes and Barron's Magazine, including #1 Wealth Advisor in Wisconsin by Forbes. Your expertise • Ideally Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector • Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills • Detail oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite About us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
