• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
• Maintain detailed records of client care and report changes to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or home health aide roles is required
• Must be caring, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background checks and drug testing
• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification a plus
