• Pay: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Depending on clients schedules)

JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a dynamic role that bridges caregiving and administrative support. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting caregivers and clients. The CNA will play a key role in ensuring the quality of care through training, mentoring, and on-site visits.Please Note: Some clients may smoke or have pets, so ensure you are comfortable with this before applying.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct 30-day on-site visits for new caregivers to provide support and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Train and mentor new caregivers on-site with clients, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to company standards.
• Perform annual unannounced on-site visits to observe and evaluate caregiver performance.
• Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and the Director of Nursing to address concerns or identify training opportunities.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius, covering Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Vermillion, and surrounding areas.
• Maintain thorough documentation of visits, caregiver performance evaluations, and client feedback.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally while fostering positive relationships with caregivers and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current CNA certification in South Dakota.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home health or caregiving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate preferred.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle. This position will have access to company car.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
