Our mission is to provide clients with counseling, medication management, and addiction treatment so they can function at their highest level.We opened our first office in Paducah, KY in the fall of 2014. Since then, Emerald Therapy Center, LLC. has seen tremendous growth, and the need for more services and programs was quickly recognized. The owners have continued to diligently work towards expanding services and making Emerald the most certified and credentialed counseling center in Western Kentucky. We can assess, diagnose, and treat adults, teens, and children. Various treatment options from the individual, group, and family therapy are offered. Sessions may be conducted at our primary office location, various facilities that we partner with, or even in the client's own home.Emerald Therapy Center, LLC., promotes emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial wellness by directing other resources to clients to live their healthiest and most productive lives. - We are currently seeking a skilled Client care Representative in the Paducah, KY, area. This position is considered a crucial link between the patient and the care team in our practice. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients according to established protocols, corresponding with staff and patients over the phone, through email and instant messenger; and providing support to patients and their families to get them the help they need.
- We are looking for someone who is energetic, has great patience, can show compassion, and provides a positive customer service experience, which is essential for building solid bonds with our patients. You must be able to stay calm, multitask, and solve problems during difficult situations. For example: In emergent situations where a patient is suicidal and plans to end their life. The right person must be able to set limits and boundaries with patients and follow HIPAA and established protocols while interacting in a professional and calm manner under pressure.
- Team spirit, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities are essential.
- Must have great attendance. Must be able to work from the Paducah, KY office and occasionally from home.
- Work hours will be Monday-Friday. 40 hours/week. Starting pay is $15/hr.*This is a challenging but rewarding position as we help many people in western Kentucky get the mental health care they need.

Qualifications
- Prior customer service phone experience in the medical field or other related fields is required.
- Knowledge of mental health services is a plus, and experience with a medical records program (EMR) is preferred.
- Proficiency with essential office equipment, word processing, email, internet, and computers is required.
- A high school diploma is required.*All candidates are required to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire.
