Your new role

This role involves leading a team and taking full responsibility for managing one or more client accounts, with a focus on both MSP and RPO, where technical expertise is beneficial. Ideally based in the Austin, TX area with a hybrid schedule at the customer site, the role aims to achieve budget and growth by maximizing fees and identifying opportunities. It requires establishing and developing key client relationships according to the client's contract plan by regularly meeting with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role serves as the second point of escalation for fulfillment or hiring manager issues and involves working with Client Managers to maintain an effective partnership with the client. This includes driving continuous improvement plans, tracking KPIs and SLAs, managing cost-saving initiatives, and overseeing program deliverables as outlined in the MSA.

You will be responsible for

* Develop strategies to grow the client account and drive team results with RPO hires.

* Partner with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with Solutions and Sourcing teams to present client solutions.

* Promote Hays' services and engage clients at every opportunity.

* Identify and implement continuous improvement areas in service delivery.

* Ensure efficient and compliant recruitment processes through regular meetings and progress tracking.

* Manage client placement requirements in line with customer contracts.

* Conduct business planning to analyze team strengths, growth opportunities, and threats.

* Ensure compliance with service agreements, contracts, and legislative requirements.

* Record and report on activity and performance, ensuring all SLA and KPI targets are met.

* Develop and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with Hays values, including training and coaching new employees.

* Manage and develop team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals.

You will have

* Experience managing and mentoring successful client teams.

* Prior RPO experience (minimum 5 years) and TA experience.

* Ability to leverage VMS experience (Beeline, Fieldglass, 3SS) and reporting skills.

* Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and services procurement.

* Experience conducting operational and service reviews effectively.

* Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and presenting professionally.

* Strong capability to resolve issues, identifying risks, and participating in sales pitches.

* Core knowledge of contract governance, forecasting, and budgeting.

* Ability to apply effective use of technology and interpreting data to drive performance.

* Developing strong client relationships and overseeing project delivery.

* We offer base compensation of $110,000 (potential for higher dependent on candidate) plus bonus dependent on upon achievement of budget and MBOs.
