**Sodexo** is seeking a **Client Executive 1 for a new sale in Fayetteville, NC. This position will oversee 7 units in the Cape Fear Valley Health System.** The Cape Fear Valley Health System is the 8th largest health system in the state with 916 patient beds, serving a six-county region of Southeastern North Carolina and more than 935,000 patients annually

The successful candidate should have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

**You have:**

+ Experience in food services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.

+ Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value

+ Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills

+ Ability to build and develop a strong team

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Client relationship skills

+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite

+ Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients

+ Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
