WE FUEL UPTIME. Position SummaryThe Client Fulfillment Technician assist in achieving the company's strategic objective by following and innovating company systems and processes. Responsible for working alongside the Fulfillment Customer Service Techs and Fulfillment Team Lead to ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient shipping information is provided to customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check and respond to emails
• Process order fulfillments
• Process return authorizations for cores
• Create shipping labels and bills of lading (BOL) as necessary
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up and/or resolve shipping issues if they arise
• Work with customers to assist in return of core parts
• Complete all daily and weekly tasks listed on the 'Employee's Responsibilities Sheet' (distributed by Team Lead)
• Assist Sales department with fulfillment issues
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Correspond with vendors to process returns
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships
• Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
• Performs other duties as assigned

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job done
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
