The Client Integration Specialist supports PrimeRevenue's clients (Buyers, Financial Institutions, Business Partners) during the on-boarding process by providing operational expertise as it relates to technical interfaces, resource requirements, testing, and implementation support. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Buyer Enablement Support pre-sales process by providing expertise regarding operational implementation Lead IT and business integration of PrimeRevenue solution for new clients, from technical and process design, user acceptance testing till project go-live and aftercare Implementation support of existing clients, managing upgrades, migrations, expanding scope, etc Financial Institution Enablement Lead new funder onboarding onto the PrimeRevenue platform, for both trading and supplier onboarding platforms Design technical and process solutions for a participating funder Coordinate data files transfer implementation and payment instructions files development Business Partner Support Lead operational onboarding of business partners in the region (e.g. channel partners or resellers) Solution design lead for partner specific issues that may require technology enhancements or innovative process enhancements Relationship Manager for business partner operations -the go to resource that the business partner can always rely on General Responsibilities Track and control tasks, deliverables, milestones and project issues for all assigned projects Lead other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etc. Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external peers on product features and program design Daily operational tasks, such as supplier bank account validation and activation, daily payments reconciliation Work on cases escalated by L1 Support PrimeRevenue Perks: 25 days paid time off + 11 holidays + 5 volunteer paid days (VTO) per year 100% free healthcare insurance (+ spouse and children) including medical, dental and vision insurance Equity program Strong work life balance - hybrid schedule and flexible working hours Parental leave program Retirement program with employer match on contributions Strong cash compensation package which includes salary + bonuses Professional growth, learning, and development opportunities and programs Innovative, global, TEAM centric environment Community service-oriented culture WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Experience with project management type of work in an international organization, such as process or systems implementation, change management, migrations or similar Good understanding of ERP systems, system landscape, and technical processes involved, having worked in both production and test environment Knowledge of business operations, ideally in Accounts Payables, invoicing, and finance field Strong computer skills Established in 2003, PrimeRevenue is the leader in working capital financial technology solutions.
