Client Monitoring Field Specialist

Locations: New Orleans, Hammond, Shreveport, and Monroe Louisiana

Salary: $15/hr. plus benefits

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

About the Client Monitoring Field Staff role:

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for completing approximately ten in-person visits daily (100% daily travel) and completing a monitoring checklist in the client database system. They must document participant changes, outcomes and any participant issues and complaints. Must complete Elder Protective and Adult Protective forms, as needed. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year experience working with older adults or persons with disabilities
• Knowledge of healthcare, elderly, and disabled adult populations preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid preferred

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to adhere to OAAS and CSS departmental timelines
• Valid Louisiana driver's license
• Current Louisiana automobile insurance
• Effective time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15/hr
