What Youll Do:

As an Administrative Specialist, youll be the friendly face and voice helping new clients complete their onboarding journey. Your work will ensure our clients start their experience with confidence and ease.

  • Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps.
  • File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce.
  • Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly.
  • Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success.
What You Bring:
  • Organization Rockstar: Youre great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Team Spirit: You collaborate well with others but can also work independently.
  • People Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite is a must!
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and focus on results.
