Summary
LABUR is hiring Client Partners to serve as the bridge between client stakeholders and our Delivery and Advisory teams. The Client Partner will interact heavily with the leaders of both practices as well as key LABUR Associates. Additionally, this position will serve as a resident SME to ensure that problems are identified, proper strategic and tactical solutions are proposed, and the solutions are delivered accordingly. This is a critical role in ensuring the success of consulting engagements and solving client problems with the high-quality work and value that is characteristic of the LABUR brand.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of consultants to deliver high quality work for their clients.
* Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently and that project deliverables are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work to expand the scope of the engagements.
* Manage project budgets.
* Ensure that the work product meets high-quality standards.
* Design, analyze and implement suitable approaches to ensure the client's problems are solved.
* Partner and collaborate closely across teams to achieve positive results.
* Coach team members and provide feedback to allow for the development of their skillset and an increase in their performance.
* Understand the needs of the client and propose solutions to address business challenges.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in business management, consulting, or a related field.
* Proven track record in portfolio management and program management on complex projects and enterprise clients.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Ability to work across teams and at all levels in an organization.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Willingness to take initiative, work through problems and create opportunities.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
