CLIENT PRESENTATION DESIGNER

We're seeking a future team member for the role ofClient Presentation Specialistto join our Wealth Management Marketing team. This role is in mid-town New York, NY with a hybrid work arrangement, at this time.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Create compelling and visually engaging presentations that we use to introduce, deepen, and propose to prospects and clients– from a content perspective. Working with key client-facing advisors and SMEs, update our presentation approach to sharing a narrative that focuses on the client, their needs and how we will help them.
- Identify and enhance the most meaningful ways to visualize“How we help you” for individual client needs, in partnership with product marketing and our creative team. And help our advisors by transforming complex information into engaging visuals – in the way a client would relate to most directly.
- Track presentation development/usage, share“what's working” across client-facing partners and oversee quality control of our internal sales repository (Seismic); identify content that should be retired/refreshed.
- Be a key resource available for our top producers, to assist them individually with key finalist presentations; and then carry the most effective concepts over to the presentation system to continuously improve it.
- Drive a tight process to deliver on time, with flawless execution, tight proofing and strong command of content.
- Elevate the brand's visual identity through thoughtful, elegant design choices that resonate with a discerning, ultra-high-net-worth audience
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Visualization design skills are a must– however the ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, capable of distilling complex concepts down to clear and concise visual elements.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 7-10 years of design experience– with a track record of creating effective visuals using different tools, such as Power Point, Excel, Word and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Skilled in designing the most effective data visualizations, charts, infographics and illustrations to support key concepts.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task across projects in a fast-paced environment with incredible attention detail.
- Comfortable engaging with the product and sales teams to get the answers needed to simplify complex topics.
- Exposure to and genuine interest in finance and wealth management services highly preferred.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
