Description: A Commercial Lines Account Manager assists in the production, support and retention of commercial lines accounts. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, additional responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Secure and submit required renewal underwriting informationRenew coverage, remarket/rewrite existing accountsQuote and propose expansion or new businessMake customer requested changes or cancellations and process related change requests and confirmationsProcess Certificates of InsuranceReceive claims information and report claims to companiesMake claims follow up with customersAdvise Clients of coverage and options, solicit increases in coverage, resolve issues on behalf of the Client/and or CarrierProperly document all account activity and client/company communicationAnderson Insurance Associates is an employee-owned organization with over 40 years of service to South Carolina residents.
