Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
* Open a case for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or e-mail, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a response
* Ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines
* Assist and resolve retirement plan participant requests and issues:
* Obtain account information
* Answer questions
* Execute transactions
* Respond to plan questions
* Process benefit payments
* Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience with digital data management/filling system is an asset
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Ability to follow standard procedures
* Ability to work cooperatively with others
* Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $17.50-$19.00 an hour. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
