This position requires prospecting customers from our service drive, customer lease, finance & cash portfolios
Must be able to work closely and effectively with the service advisors, service director, sales consultants and sales managers
Ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple computer systems
Description of the role:The Client Retention Specialist at Friendly Acura of Middletown is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and maximizing customer retention rates.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Communicate with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving problems efficiently
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client retention programs and initiatives
Requirements:- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
