Client Service Associate - Prestige Staffing : Job Details

Growing RIA firm needs Client Service Associate. 100% in office!

• CSA will complete all client service requests, which includes but isn t limited to, new account set up, account updates, asset movement, reporting, back office system maintenance and ad hoc requests and projects. Manages, tracks and organizes all service requests within CRM.

CSA confirms with clients account updates, deposits and withdrawals.

Designs, builds and maintains checklists and internal process guides. Trains existing and new staff on processes, workflows and client service standards.

Responsible for completing processes and workflows based on service standards. Manages, tracks and reports all service requests, projects and updates to Financial Advisors.

Experience with at least one of these custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing & Raymond James)

Financial Services background required and Degree helpful required. Financial helpful!

100% in office with Bonus and Benefits. 5-10% bonus.
