Client Service Associate - Phaxis : Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services (RIA/Broker Dealer) and a passion for delivering exceptional client service in a team-oriented environment.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a contract role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new account setup, handle change requests, and process cash raises for RIA and client accounts.
• Engage with various client types, including direct/retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutional clients, and advisors.
• Provide high-touch, white-glove service through timely and professional client communications, primarily via email.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of client service experience within financial services or brokerage
• Great client service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
