Client Service Representative- Blackhawk Veterinary Hospital - Western Veterinary Partners : Job Details

Blackhawk Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the veterinary industry.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while answering phones and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full or part-time position, with a 5-8 hour schedule and availability needed Monday- Saturday.
