Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Program Overview: Counseling and Wellness Centers provide treatments for children, adults, families with personal, interpersonal, marital, social adjustments as well as other clinically significant syndromes.Job Summary: Our thriving counselling center needs an experienced Client Service Representative who believes that clients should be treated as people rather than a number in a file and who understands the value of compassionate service. The position of Client Service Representative includes a significant amount of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, looks clients in the eye and provide personalized service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze work, set goals, and develop plans to utilize time effectively
  • Exercise independent thinking and good judgment at all times
  • Collaborate with Acenda team members to schedule client care as rapid and efficiently as possible
  • Develop rapport with clients and clinical staff in addition to reporting any issues to direct supervisor
  • Maintain medication schedule, no shows and cancellations for respective locations
Requirements:
  • Minimum requirement is a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record system, scheduling and previous work in healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with insurance verification, preferably Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
  • Ability to work a flexible evening schedule
  • Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Additional Information:
  • Hourly Rate - $16.50
  • Schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am-4pm AND Tuesday, Thursday 10pm-6pm.
