Client Service Representative - Account Recovery Specialists : Job Details

ARSI® is accepting applications for a Client Services Representative within our Dodge City office location. We are looking for full-time team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our client's needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our client's business, and working with consumers to resolve account balances.**The new hire class will begin on February 5th, 2025!Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer service, answering client and consumer questions
• Inbound and outbound calls with consumers to discuss their accounts, including negotiating payment plans
• Analyze account information and answer consumer, client or internal questions
• Maintain consumer accounts and follow up on insurance and third party liability
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, including understanding of insurances is a huge plus
• Phone Experience is required
