Montgomery Veterinary Associates, Carter Hill Road, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. Provide a fun-filled and safe environment. Working with dogs and cats is a lot of fun, but this job is extremely demanding. It requires someone who understands dog and cat behavior and has excellent dog and cat handling skills. Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion. A Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Hours include days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience. • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

• Handle cash and credit card transactions

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
