This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of software and SaaS application management while supporting a critical 24/7 department. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop expertise in cloud-based systems such as AWS.Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain a suite of SaaS products, including applying upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance, identify incidents, and respond to potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Document processes, changes, and resolutions to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about new developments in SaaS applications and industry best practices.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications: Required:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Basic proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Flexible availability to support a 24/7 operational environment.

Beneficial:
