About the Role: PCI Energy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of software and SaaS application management while supporting a critical 24/7 department. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop expertise in cloud-based systems such as AWS.
Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain a suite of SaaS products, including applying upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance, identify incidents, and respond to potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Document processes, changes, and resolutions to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about new developments in SaaS applications and industry best practices.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications: Required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Basic proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Flexible availability to support a 24/7 operational environment.
Beneficial:
- Experience with software or SaaS application management (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Interest in obtaining AWS certifications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
