At Howard Bailey Financial, our Client Services Team is motivated, humble, and receptive to coaching and feedback. We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join the team that will process financial cases for our clients. This specialist will assist our Advisory team in the timely preparation of accurate reports and data ahead of a client retirement plan review. This role requires a high aptitude for quality balanced with productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

If hired for this role, you will…

  • Complete important client applications and transfer paperwork
  • Communicate with clients
  • Work closely with Senior and Associate Financial Advisors
  • Prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues
  • Be articulate and professional in spoken communication with a client and internal stakeholder audience.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A variety of knowledge, skills and abilities are useful in this position. You aren't expected to excel in all the listed areas, but the ideal candidate will excel or be considered above average in a majority of them and will be willing to learn or grow in the areas that are lacking.
