Client Service Specialist - TalentFund : Job Details

TalentFund has partnered with a growing Registered Investment Advisor 'RIA' with multiple locations looking for a skilled Client Service Specialist. This specific opportunity will be located in Lawrence, Kansas and you must be comfortable going into an office on a daily basis. Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and building meaningful client relationships? This role is fast paced, and you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats within a smaller office environment. We are seeking someone who is a wonderful communicator, detail-oriented, and willing to learn quickly.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquires.
• Provide administrative support for clients accounts, including but not limited to: documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance regulations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and constitute to process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Familiarity with Financial Services would be a bonus, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or a Broker Dealer is a huge plus but not required.
